AUSTRALIAN AVIATORS.

MANY PILOTS IN SERVICE. LONDON, January 16. A new squadron of the Australian Flying Corps is being organised. Invitations have been issued to members of the Australian Imperial Forces who are mechanics to join the Corps, and as many as 10 are applying for each vacancy. There .are 200 Australian cadets in. the. Royal Flying Corps, and they are progressing splendidly. There are 60 Australians training in England for the Australian Flying Corps. Roughly, there are no fewer than 360 Australian pilots in the Royal Plying Corps. Their success is largely due to their all-round mechanical knowledge. An Australian squadron of airmen has, done all the reconnoitring in the Egyptian campaign. Since it was formed there have been only twq casualties.
