He believes the ships reported off the northern coast yesterday were British, which are observing a correct attitude outside territorial waters. The Minister denies that the German gunboat’s crew , interned at Bahia escaped to join the raider. Nevertheless, it is noteworthy that the Minister does not deny that two German vessels are preparing to depart.
