AN AGREEMENT. (Per United Pres.- Association.) AA'ELLINGTQN. August 31. Tho trouble with the crow of the A’ictoiia was settled to-day by au agreement that the men shall sign tho New Zealand articles and observe the New Zealand agreement, with a clause that no member shall be discharged in Australia except by mutual consent. The men are also to receive pav as from Fridav last.
