MONTE CARLO, June 28
51. Marquct, the gambling King vno owns the famous casino at Ban Sel'astiT i (tinain) and other gambling resorts at Cairo and Brussels, has been excluded from France and Belgium. The police recently closed his gaminghouse at Osteiul.
Marquet has now obtained control of the world-famous Monto Carlo casino, and it is thought that he will be elected president before next season.
