’ LISBON, April 16. The provisional Republican Government is much exercised as to the disposal of ex-King Manuel’s six, palaces, ,and how they can be used for public purposes. The summer palace at Gaecaes. on the coast, 15 miles from the capital, has been let to a syndicate, and will be turned into a huge casino, rivalling the gambling halls of Monte Carlo I
