WELLINGTON, November 1. In the case. Sells v Rhodes, to determine the domicile of the lsfco Marquis of Taliacarue, the Appeal Court held that his domicile at the time of his making his will, and at the time of his death, was in New Zealand, and that his movable property in New Zealand must he administered according to the law of New Zealand.
