DUNEDIN, August 22. A fire gutted a five-roomed house in Sowfch Dunedin this afternoon, owned by D. Mahoney, and occupied by James Crawford. The furniture was insured for £100 in. the Union office and the house for £150 in the State office. Crawford estimates his loss at £100 over insurance, and the house owner at £150 above his policy.
