ARBITRATION COURT.

DUNEDIN, August 22. . At the Arbitration Court to-day the agreement between the Otago Grooms' and Coachmen's - Union and a number of employers was put in with a view to being embodied in the award. Mr Waldron, one of. the parties cited, objected, as he was not a livery stable-keeper. The President said -the Court would make an award and leave Waldron and others to apply to have other cabmen joined in the award.
