In uuwer to the usual questions, the prisoner said that he had nothing to ■ay beyond this, that he was ignorant of the facts.
His Honor, having addressed tho prisoner, passed sentence on -him that ho be imprisoned and^.kept to hard labour for eight years. (Left sitting.)
