Mr Cecil Rhodes, who is at present in London, has asked for an Imperial guarantee to a loan of £2,000,000 for the railway extension from Bulu way 0 to Tanganyika. '
The Daily Chronicle combats the arguments put forward by Mr Cecil Rhodes for an Imperial guarantee to the Bulu-wayo-Tanganyika railway. The journal states that Rhodesia has boon a gigantio failure,
