IN INDIA report. H|H[Heciation Electric Telegraph—OoDyriSht Tuesday, 9.10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Monday. Lieut.-Colonel Ram Nath Chopra, Professor of Tropical Medicine, reports that 25 per cent of the opium consumed in India is used to tranquilise babies in Berar Province while their mothers work.
