CHARGE AGAINST MINISTER. ALLEGED NEGLIGENT DRIVING. Ul AUCKLAND, Monday. The Rev. Dr. John James North appeared on summons in the Auckland g M. Court, before Mr P. K. Hunt, S.M., on a charge of having negligently driven a motor car in New North Road on 24th February, thereby causing the death of Frederick Cossey. The proceedings occupied three hours. The accused pleaded not guilty, and was oommitted to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail of £IOO was allowed, with a surety of a similar amount. u ' A - > g -fc
