EIG DROP IN RECEIPTS. WASHINGTON, Thursday. The Treasury deficit to-day passed the 2,500,000,000 dollars mark. Expenditure since the beginning of the fiscal year has increased by 661,000,000 dollars, and receipts* have decreased by 891,000,000 dollars, compared with the previous year.
