BEFORE FEATHERSTON COURT. SEQUEL TO COLLISION. This morning Hugh Joseph O’Brien, of Petone, appeared in the Featherston Magistrate’s Court this morning on a charge of being’ in a state of intoxication 'while in charge of a motor vehicle and was fined £2O, in default 6 weeks’ imprisonment. His present license was cancelled and lie was disqualified .from obtaining another before May 31, 1933. Messrs. Ritchie and Smith, J.P.’s, were on the Bench.

O’Brien’s appearance in Court was the sequel to a collision which occurred near Greytown on Saturday between the motor van driven by O’Brien and a. motor cycle ridden by a man named White who was proceeding to Napier
