VISIT TO MASTERTON. POSTPONED TILL LATER DATE. Air T. Jordan (Mayor) has received a letter from the military secretary of the Governor-General stating that His Excellency has found that, owing to the continued sitting of Parliament, he has been reluctantly compelled to postpone the proposed visit of himself and Lady Fergusson, which was to have taken place on October 25th and 26th. Their Excellencies hope to be able to visit Mastcrton between November Ist and 9th, and Air Jordan is to be informed of the date decided on.
