MEETING OF CREDITORS.
ESTATE OP A. YULE.
An adjourned meeting of creditors in the estate of Alex. Yule, of Waingawa, bankrupt, was held this morning. Present-Messrs J. Craig McKcrrow,W, McKeiuic, J. Gordon Eliott, J. Mowlem. A. Mutrie, J, McKay, M. Daysh, lCnowles (Bank of Australasia), and Heagerty. The D.O.A, (Mr W. B. Chennells) explained tho position of the estate since last meeting. From tho Assignee's statement it appeared that about £I2OO has been realisod from ussols, against which somo claims have yet to be decided, particularly those of Messrs McKeu7.ie and Pilmer, who supplied cattle on tho understanding that the Trustees paid cash after a meeting of Yule's creditors held beforo tho declaration of insolvency was filed, In giving details Mr Chennells also stated that the Wellington butchery business, plant, otc., had sold for £.300,
