Iv the Supreme Couit a true b 11 was found in five cases, and no bill in a case of alleged incest Judge Williams comment* d at length on the s5. Waiwera manslaughter case and on a case of shesp stealing, in which the owner of ai accommodation paddock killed a sheep which was accidentally teffc behind from a mob. The defence is set up that this is au old established custom. Two minor cases were partly heard wheu the Court adjourned.
