Bandits In Halloween Masks Rob Bank

NEW YORK, Oct. 30 (Recd. 6pm).— Two bandits carrying sub-machine-guns and wearing grotesque Halloween masks, robbed a bank at Newton, Massachusetts, of 50,000 dollars today. They made a getway in a car driven by a man with a shawl over his head and lipstick and rouge on his face.

Halloween will be celebrated widely throughout the United States tomorrow. Millions will parade the streets in masks and fancy costumes.
