Local Licensing Trust Regulations
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA).— Local licensing trust regulations' published with the Gazette tonight give authority to any local body to apply to a Licensing Committee which is issuing a new licence authorised by the Licensing Control Commission, to allot the licence to a local licensing trust. The regulations provide machinery for making such applications and also all steps necessary to bring the trust into operation.
