Junior National Party Entertain At Tea

Members and friends of the Wanganui Junior National Party met at Dustin’s Lounge last Thursday at 5.30 at tea. An entertaining programme of items was arranged by the social committee. It comprised a song by Miss Marie Bellringer, recitation by Miss Ailsa Wills, and a pianoforte solo by Miss Helen Collier. Mr lan Griffith then gave a talk on his trip to the Scout Jamboree and told of their wonderful experiences. Mr Derek Brown proposed a vote of thanks to Mr Griffith for his interesting talk.
