Hat Recognised, Leads To Man’s Arrest
Recd. 11 p.m. London. Aug. 17. The United Press correspondent in Rangoon reports that police at Mandalay station arrested a native wearing a European’s hat when a bystander recognised it as belonging tc Mr. H. J. Forbes, a coffee estate manager who was murdered with his wife 18 miles from Maymyd on June 22 by a gang of armed men .
