N.Z. Government Supported Partition Of Palestine
(P.A.) Parliament Bldgs., June 30 In the House of Representatives today, Mr. J. A. Hanan (Opp., Invercargill) gave notice to ask the Prime Minister if the New Zealand representative at the United Nations (Sir Carl Berendsen) acted with the approval of the Government when he voted for the proposal to partition Palestine. Mr. Fraser answered in the affirmative.
