Souvenirs For The Royal Tour

(P.A.) Wellington, June 26 It was officially announced today that in connection with lhe Royal visit to New Zealand next, year consideration had been given Io the policy regarding the use by manufacturers and others ot portraits or effigies of the Royal family and of reproductions of the Royal coat of arms in connection with the manufacture of souvenirs. For these souvenirs a relaxation will be permitted of the normal rules governing reproduction of Royal photographs and Roval emblems. Articles Intended for sale as souvenirs and mementors should be manufactured particularly for the Roval visit, and should be suitable for the occasion. An impression should not be given that the production or the firm concerned has received Royal custom.
