Moscow Says Bevin Is Following Out Churchill’s Plans

London, Jan. 24. The Moscow radio commentator, Chernievsky, said that Mr. Ernest Bevin, in Jiis speech on Thursday, repeated “Churchill’s well-known plans,” and indicated no new departure in British foreign policy. In Instanbul a Foreign Office spokesman said Turkey could feel more relaxed sin<e Britain had taken a firm attitude against Soviet expansion. The Minister of State (Mr. McNeil) said in a speech that Britain is willing to meet Russians and Eastern Europeans anywhere, under any auspices, and would use all diplomatic procedure to improve relations.
