Recd. 8 p.m. New York, Sept. 30 The United State's attitude toward Russia was “hysterical,” the president of the Australian Methodist General Conference, the Rev. Dr. J. W. Burton, told delegates at the 7th. Ecumenical Methodist Conference at Springfield, Massachusetts. He said: “Russia is disciplined, regimented. and patriotic, with strong, determined and ruthless people.” The world would crash unless jealousy, suspicion and ill-will could be replaced by trust and understanding. j
