TRIPLETS BORN AT AUCKLAND

(P.A.) Auckland, Sept. 2. Three healthy babies, two daughters and a son, were born to Mrs. Margaret Head, wife of Mr. G. L. Head, of Waiuku, at the Franklin Memorial Hospital, Waiuku, on Sunday afternoon.

The daughters, Elaine and Kathleen, weighed 61b. 15oz. and 51b. lloz. respectively, and the son, Keith, weighed 61b. Boz. All are thriving and the mother is well.

Mr. Head said triplets had not been expected and the addition to his family of Ihree babies had come as a happy surprise. The arrivals bring the total of children in the Head family to nine.
