NZ. BOXING COUNCIL ORDERED TO RESTORE BOS MURPHY’S LICENCE
(P.A.) Wellington, Msrch 119. An interim injunction ordering the N.Z. Boxing Council to restore Bos Murphy’s licence, and also restraining members of the Council from acting further on the purported suspension of the licence, was granted by Mr. Justice Christie in the Wellington Supreme Court to-day on the application of Mr. W. J. Stacy.
