After uisposing of Eddie Marcus in 80 seconds with a straight left to the jaw, the Australian lightweight boxing champion, Vic Patrick, said he wanted to contest the world championship. He asked for a concrete promise that Stadiums Limited would match him in a bout for the title: If they were not able to iura. ge that, he was paepared ao go with his wife to America. Patrick st id he believed his form was as gcod as ever, but that fights w-re few and far between.
