The United States Government has moved officially, at home and abroad, to obtain, within 30 days, comment from the Arab and Jewish leaders on the Anglo-American Palestine Inquiry Committee’s report. Diplomatic and consular officials were requested Io obtain the views of Saudi Arabia. Trans-Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon, the Jewish Agency in Palestine, the Arab Higher Committee, the League of Arab States, and ether Jewish and Arab agencies in the United States and abroad.
