INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND FRAMEWORK
Recd. 8 p.m. Washington, May 30. The executive directors of the International Monetary Fund have approved of an organisational framework ol five divisions, or services, consisting of research, operations, legal division, administrative office and treasurer’s office. The managing director, M. Camilee Put (Belgium) said the research division would develop the economic and financial background which the fund would need about countries asking for financial assistance. The operations division would be the actual operating agency to carry out the aims of the Bretton Woods agreeement.
