PARCEL POST TO GREECE

RESUMPTION OF SERVICE Advice has been received by the chief postmaster, Wanganui, Mr. D. J. Walker, that the parcel-post service to Greece has been resumed. Gift parcels are limited to the usual weight of 51b. and the contents are restricted Io clothing and non-perishable foods, only one parcel a month from one sender to the same addressee being permitted. Parcels must be well packed and effectively protected against damage, and the senders must indicate on the Customs declaration and also on the cover of their parcels the province in which the office of destination is situated. Postage rates are: Up to 31b., 6s; over 31b. and up to a maximum of 51b, Us.
