SOCIAL SECURITY IN U.S.A.
London, March 14. President Roosevelt’s Social Security plan has been warmly welcomed by the chiefs of both the big Labour organisations. The president of the American Federation of Labour. Mr. William Green, said that the proposals were essential to the kind of freedom which they were struggling to assure for all.
