MADAME CHIANG IN NEW YORK

London, Feb. 28. Madame Chiang Kai-shek is to be welcomed in New York to-morrow by Mayor F. La Guardia. She is to speak at a mass meeting at Madison Square Garden to-morrow night. With her will be her brother. Mr. T. V. Soong, China's Foreign Minister. Mr. Wendell Willkie will introduce Madame, and the speakers will include the Governor of New York State, Mr. Thomas Dewey, and the Chief of the United States Army Air Forces, General H. H. Arnold.
