COCONUT GROVE FIRE

TEN PERSONS INDICTED FOR NEGLECT OF DUTY (Recd. 7 p.m.) Boston, Jan. 1. Following the disastrous fire at the Coconut Grove, a Federal Grand Jury has indicted ten persons, including the manager and police, fire and buildings officials, charging them with manslaughter, neglect of duty and violation of the building laws. The Jury declared that it found among members of various official departments laxity, incompetence and failure to fulfil duties.
