ROWDY SCHOOLBOYS IN NEW YORK
New York. Dec. 29. Answering recent complaints of increasing rowdiness among high school youths, 400 boys of New York City have prepared a report charging teachers and principals as being largely to blame through goading students into resentment bv slapping, cuffing and other physical violence. Furthermore they declare, manv teachers are in a mental rut and lack o opneo nf hlimniir.
