Wilson, chairman of the Rangitikei Remounts' Committee. J Bulls, has received the follow-1 ing letter from the director of the livestock division of the Department of Agriculture: "In connection with the subsidy to stallion owners. ' which has been in operation during j the past few years. I have now to a<s i vise that Cabinet has decided to sus- I pend the operation of the Remount 1 Subsidy Scheme meantime, i.e., during j the present emergency. Should the subsidy scheme be re-instituted at an\ | future date due publicity will no i doubt be given through the Press.
