RUMANIAN TOWN FLOODED
London, March 19. Zurich reports that General Antonescu, the Rumanian Premier, is personally directing the evacuation of the town of Giurgiu, which is flooded from the Danube. Ten thousand persons have been evacuated from Russe, across the river.
