PROSPECTS REVIEWED (Special.) Auckland, March 13. Splendid fields will be seen out tomorrow at Paeroa on the occasion of the autumn meeting of the Ohinemuri Jockey Club, now one day instead of two. Three fields are slightly over the safety number for this turning track, and divisions have been arranged. The going will be hard and fast. Betting is win-and-place. Form horses engaged are the following:— 12.0: Karangahake Handicap.—MerryMay, Foxbrae, Viking Path. 12.45: Hurdles. Besiege, Maxown, Small Bov. 1.30: Awaiti Hack. - Water Vixen, Dart Gold, Willie Pay (or Skydonna). 2.15: Ohinemuri Cup. -Gay Rosette, Radiant Vaals. T/llsom. 3.0: Netherton Hack. - Gav Lally, Foxlore Koura Eka. 3.45: McGuire Steeples.—Conflagration, Forest Glen, Maxown. 4.30: St. Patrick’s Handicap.—Gold Money Song, Neenah. Prince Louis. 5.15: Komata Hack. Classic, Quination, Valsome. Although his name did not figure in •the telegraphed list of acceptors for the Ohinemuri meeting Maxown is an acceptor for both the Handicap Hurdles and the McGuire Steeplechase. He is weighted at 10.13 in the former, and 10.12 in the hitler.
