Received March 25, 9.20 p.m. BLOEMFONTEIN, March 24. General Hertzog, addressing probably the final meeting of Free State followers as a separate group, said: “We want South Africa to be governed in the interests of white South white South Africans, but I warn you against the idea that this ! can be accomplished only by the exi elusion of the English-speaking secI tion. We will not stand together as >an Africans-speaking bloc for the ' purpose of throwing them o|it.”
