HUNGARIAN PROMISE
IF RUTHENIA WERE ABSORBED REPRESENTATION IN PARLIAMENT. BUDAPEST, Juno 19. The Premier, Count Teleki, informed Parliament that Ruthenia, if incorporated in Hungary, would be granted Parliamentary representation and minorities treated on modern lines. He announced that a cultural treaty with Japan would be concluded shortly.
