CONTROL OF PRESS
PROPOSAL IN SOUTH AFRICA. Received April 27, 5.5 p.m. CAPETOWN, April 26. The Prime Minister, General Hertzog, told the House of Assembly that he intended to seek the passage of a Bill before June controlling the Press. He hoped to obtain the approval of the Press.
