BROADCASTS TO U.S.A. [ British Official Wireless. ] Received Oct. 26, 5.5 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 25. The Foreign Secretary (Lord Halifax) will broadcast to America on current affairs in the early hours of Thursday morning. Earlier tomorrow the speech which Mr. David Lloyd George is to make on the international situation will be relayed for broadcasting in America.
