COMMISSION OF INQUIRY

EVIDENCE TO BE HEARD TO-DAY

Evidence of a technical nature will be heard to-day at Wanganui by the commission set up by the Railways Board to enquire into the cause of the recent tragic railway accident at Ratana.

The commissioners are Sir Francis Fra'zer (chairman) and Messrs. F. W. Furkert and H. L. Cole. The commission will return to Wellington to-morrow and will re-open its enquiries there on April 26.
