SWISS PLEBISCITE
FATE OF FREEMASONRY BERNE, Nov. 23. A referendum is to be held on November 28 to decide whether Freemasonry shall be banned throughout Switzerland. Under the Swiss law a plebiscite is taken if 50,000 persons petition the Government. The newspaper Der Bund publishes documents purporting to show that the petition has been prompted by Fascists, supported by foreign agents.
