AUSTRIAN AGREEMENT Received Nov. 24, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 23. The Daily Telegraph’s Rome correspondent says the Austro-Italian Commission has initialled a new ecoromic agreement with a currency of six months, whereby Austria loses the favoured nation clauses for export? to Italy which she and Hungary have enjoyed under the Rome Protocols cf 1234, from which Italy conceded much and received little.
