TENNIS PARTY On Tuesday afternoon Misses A. and P. Graham were hostesses at a most enjoyable tennis party at’ “Awatea,” the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Wallace. During the afternoon a delicious afternoon tea was served in the drawing room, which was gay with bowls of flowers in pink tonings. The guests included Mesdames G. McLean (Hawera), J. G. Alexander (Maxwell), D. G. Thomson, Valentine, A. E. Symes, P. G. Bremer, D. Lance, K. Gibbons; Misses M. Dickie, D. Handley (Maxwell), P. Simmons (Patea), Beetham (Wairarapa), M. Wilson, Fergusson, J. Parsons, H. Simmons (Patea) and M. Alexander.
