ELECTION OF OFFIEKS At the annual meeting of the Girl Guides’ Association, held on Tuesday night, tile following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Mrs S. Burnett; vice-presidents, Mesdames G. H. Robertson, H. D. Robertson, H. F. Christie, I. E. Newton, C. C. Hutton; Misses Stanford, Currie, Tizard; Mesdames F. W. Gilligan, Maurice Campbell, F. Wilkie (all re-elected), and Mrs Beaven and Miss Montgomery Moore; executive, Mesdames D. Wilson, W. J. Gardner’ J. G. Denniston, F. C. Hutchison tali re-elected), Mesdames D. G. O’Toole, R. G. Taiboys, P. Hartland, Batchelor and A. Boyle; company -committee, Mesdames Grover (Ingestre Street), Duncan (Durie Hill), Wotton (Technical College), Brooking (GonviJlet, Batt (Queen’s Park), Parnell (Christ Church), W. J. Gardner (College Company), Miss Cummings (Castlecliff). Local association members were reelected as follows: Miss K. Hatrick, Mesdames J. R. Franklin, G. Glenn, H. Keesing, F. F. Newman. R. Ortoni J. H. Salmon, A. Wilson, Nancarrow, G. Saunders, J. Glenn, A. Hatrick, r’ E. if Hewat; representatives of "Tirohanga” committee, Mesdames Evans, Burnett and Beaven; delegate, Mrs W. J. Gardner. The committee wishes to thank the Garrison Band for their help throughout the year.
