CHOIR BOYS’ STRIKE

QUARTERLY MONEY OVERDUE LONDON, Oct. 12. The choir beys at St. Barnabas Church, Oxford, went on strike because their quarterly money was overdue. The evening service was carried out with a skeleton choir despite catcalls from strikers in the back seats. The vicar said the boys apologised later.
