USE OF TRADE NAMES BY DENTIST FULL COURT DECISION [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. The Full Court, in a judgment delivered to-day, refused to rescind the injunction granted by Mr Justice Reed to restrain Harold William Frost, Auckland, dentist, from using in or in connection with his practice the name of “Frost and Frost.’’ The evidence was reviewed and the contentions of the defendant dealt with jointly by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Mr Justice Ostler and Mr Justice Fair. The judgments expressed the opinion that the injunction was not wide enough and that defendant should have been prohibited from using the trade names “Frosts” and “Frost.” Mr Justice Smith delivered a concurring judg ment.
