CHINESE NEWSPAPER APPEAL Received May 30, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, May 29. The Hongkong correspondent of the Times says that several Hongkong Chinese newspapers publish an iden tical leader appealing to Britain not to enter into negotiations with Japan.
